It also prevents bacteria buildup which might later affect neighbouring teeth and gums. Dentures should be cleaned at least twice every day using a soft brush, specially-made for dentures. If your dentures (or partials) have metallic braces, store them in warm water. If they are not metallic, they can be stored in a mixture of warm water and vinegar.
